New Orleans Golf Association
We are a long established, non-profit corporation run by and for golfers to promote golf and stimulate interest therein, in the City of New Orleans and surrounding territory.
We conduct a substantial number of tournaments each year, for members only, at each of the several member clubs. Fine prizes are awarded at each tournament. Food served following numerous rounds.
N.O.G.A. was originator of and continues to support the annual Greater New Orleans Open Golf Tournament, which brings in publicity and substantial revenue to the New Orleans community.
We are the leading developer, in conjunction with the Kelly Gibson Junior Golf Tour, of young golfers in the city. For this purpose, we conduct a number of junior golf tournaments on the various courses of the area each year.
